Kelsey's Bio

Our Massage Therapist
Kelsey Sheek started her career path at Kaplan University where she graduated as a Certified Massage Therapist. She is state licensed and has over 750 hands on training hours. She specializes in swedish, sports, hot stone, facial, and foot massage.
During high school, Kelsey was very athletic and enjoyed many sports activities. She played soccer, volleyball, surfed, and had a passion for dance. Aside from actually being in the game, she was also assisting the medical training staff that her high school provided at football games. There, she was able to get the idea of massage and rehabilitation. She became familiar with muscles, and the functions of the muscles. Little did she know this high school hobby would lead her to her career as a massage therapist.
Currently, Kelsey is establishing herself, and her career, at Vahl Chiropractic and Wellness Center. She is an independent contractor providing clients with soothing, relaxing, and healing massage therapy techniques.
In the future, Kelsey wants to further her education in sports medicine in hopes to one day become a Professional Sports Therapist. Until then, she will continue to give her skills to helping, and healing others.
